AI-Driven Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Cloud-Based Storage and Collaboration
Abstract
Data loss prevention (DLP) is essential for protecting sensitive information in cloud-based storage and collaboration platforms. This paper presents an AI-driven DLP system that combines natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to identify and prevent data leaks in real-time. The system analyzes file content, user behavior, and metadata to detect sensitive information and enforce access controls. The paper evaluates the system’s performance using enterprise-scale datasets, demonstrating high accuracy in identifying and mitigating data leakage incidents. The study concludes that AI-driven DLP enhances data security by providing real-time, context-aware protection in cloud environments.
